As the term comes to an end and  I write my last class reflection, I’ve been thinking about the semester and how I’ve grown as a student as well as adapted to the online learning. I really enjoyed taking this class, I learned loads about online tools which can be used in the classroom, many of which I have known about but did not know their capabilities.

I found writing the blogs a task which I did not enjoy at first and left to last minute each week. However by the end of the term I found that I was much keener to write them and wouldn’t procrastinate till the last minute. Although I plan on taking a break over the winter holidays to relax and pursue other hobbies (and work!) which I have not had time for during school, I would like to continue my blog and perhaps write about various/multiple things and subjects that interest me….or maybe I will create a new blog for just that!

On Monday (November 30th) my pod presented our EdTech Free Inquiry. My group researched and presented ours in a blog format, our topic was ““How can we Make Cellphones in the Classroom a Purposeful Tool Versus a Distraction?”. I found this very interesting to research as it is a very popular topic right now and there are many differing opinions on the matter. Our other group partners did an excellent job on their presentation and I thoroughly enjoyed watching it.

My Boo

Over the holidays I plan on working lots, spending time with my friends, family and Boo and doing things/hobbies which I usually don’t have time for!
